Energy Outreach Colorado Names New Director

DENVER Alan Bieber has been named Director of Web and Database Management at Energy Outreach Colorado (EOC).

Bieber is responsible for providing the non-profit with technical support and design for its energy affordability programs, including energy assistance; energy efficiency grants for affordable housing and non-profit facilities; energy conservation education; and advocacy.

Before joining EOC, Bieber was most recently development database administrator at Rocky Mountain PBS. He also held technical support and design positions with Microsoft Corp., MAI Digital Security, Baan, and Brookhaven National Laboratory, and worked as an independent consultant.

He holds doctorate and master’s degrees in archaeology from the University of Connecticut and a bachelor’s degree from Yale University.
