Energy Outreach specializes in educating the public about energy
assistance needs, raising funds for energy assistance and
weatherization, and advocating on behalf of low-income residents before
the Colorado Legislature and the Colorado Public Utilities Commission.
In turn, the agencies we work with are specialists in counseling
households and determining the assistance best suited to their needs.
To most effectively put our funds to the best use, Energy Outreach
collaborates with the Charitable Energy Network to distribute our
Utility Grants funds. Please click on the Utility Grants button on the
menu above to learn about how you can join this network.
Energy Outreach also provides grants to a network of agencies and
programs that work to develop longer-term solutions for helping
low-income households manage their energy needs. These grants fund such
projects as installing energy efficient upgrades in low-income housing
projects and providing education about energy efficiency. Please

menu above to learn about how you can join this network.
